Anritsu Corporation announces the launch of MT8821C, the new Radio Communication Analyzer for research and development testing of mobile devices (User Equipment, UE) with the widest capability for supporting LTE-Advanced.

The new phase noise analyzer and VCO tester from Rohde & Schwarz enables ultrasensitive and ultra-fast phase noise measurements. The R&S FSWP also allows users to very easily measure pulsed sources and residual phase noise of RF components. Plus the instrument can be upgraded to a signal and spectrum analyzer.

Keysight Technologies, Inc. introduced a full line-up of current-voltage (I-V) analyzers for characterizing a wide range of nanomaterials and electronic devices. Referred to collectively as the Precision Current-Voltage Analyzer Series, the analyzers deliver best-in-class accuracy and performance, powerful analysis features, and support for cutting-edge applications.

Texas Instruments introduced the first power management chipset with intelligent digital control and a unique body-diode sensing feature to optimize secondary-side synchronous rectification in next-generation AC/DC and isolated DC/DC power supplies. The UCD3138A digital controller and UCD7138 low-side gate driver improve system efficiency and cut synchronous rectification MOSFET voltage stress in half compared to other digital-power solutions.

Anritsu announced important enhancements for its portable user-friendly MT1000A Network Master Pro and MT1100A Network Master Flex, the new family of all-in-one transport network testers. The enhancements include the support of CPRI/OBSAI and RFC 6349 TCP throughput testing, Optical Transport Network (OTN) multi stage mapping for OTU3/4, a powerful remote operation tool and support of a Video Inspection Probe.

Keysight Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: KEYS) announced new enhancements to the E7515A UXM wireless test set to address leading-edge LTE-A carrier aggregation (CA) test requirements. New capabilities include support for downlink 4CC1, 256 QAM, and LTE-U with up to three unlicensed carriers, as well as FDD-TDD mixed CA and uplink intra- and inter-band CA measurements. Coupled with the UXM's integrated, independent fading for each component carrier and cell, these advancements allow validation engineers to ensure their latest LTE-A devices will perform as expected in a true network environment.

Rohde & Schwarz expands the application field of its R&S RTO oscilloscope by adding an option to decode and analyze 8b/10b encoded interfaces up to 6.25 Gbit/s. The new software option's full autoset function configures all settings at the push of a button.

Tektronix, Inc., a leading worldwide provider of test, measurement and monitoring instrumentation, announced that their WFM8300 Waveform Monitor with 4K support has received the NewBay Media NAB Best of Show Award, presented by TV Technology magazine at the 2015 NAB Show in Las Vegas.

Anritsu announces it successfully completed testing of GCT Semiconductor’s (www.gctsemi.com) 4G LTE-Advanced chip, GDM7243Q, using Anritsu’s MD8430A signaling tester with Rapid Test Designer (RTD).

Keysight Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: KEYS) announced the M9451A PXIe Measurement Accelerator, a high performance FPGA processing card, which speeds envelope tracking (ET), and digital pre-distortion (DPD) characterization for power amplifier test. With the M9451A, engineers can make closed/open loop DPD and envelope tracking measurements in tens of milliseconds for up to a 100 times speed improvement.
