AKTAKOM ACE-1768 8-channel USB / LAN input-output module is designed to remotely monitor the status of sensors (the sensors that have “on” or “off” output statuses) and to control discrete input devices that can be terminated with the monostable relay.
All inputs and outputs are galvanically isolated from the main circuit of ACE-1768 USB / LAN input-output module. The module has 8 outputs and 8 inputs. All inputs and outputs have “on” status indication.
Max. input voltage (reverse): 6 V, operating direct: 48 V
Min. input operate voltage: 3.6 V
Input operational delay time of the module: 10 ms
Module outputs are made as metal-oxide-semiconductor relay with triggering/releasing time less than 3 ms
Output operation time of the module: 10 ms
Output resistance (“off” status): more than 10 MOhm
Output voltage (max): 60 V
Operating output current: 130 mA
Transmission resistance (closed status) of metal-oxide-semiconductor relay: not more than 25 Ohm
Software
The Software has the following applications:
For Windows OS with the following capabilities:
Status displaying of 8 lamps and 8 buttons of the module. At this moment every input (lamp) and every output (button) can be named by user and has the color of “on”/”off” status selected from the palette. Also user can set the sound for every input /output event (switching on or off)
Measuring of the time interval between the events (status changing) of different inputs/outputs
Connection with the other PC applications even without using Software Development Kit (SDK). Therefore the status word (of inputs) is transferred and the control word (of outputs) is accepted through:
- The means of Windows command line;
- Windows public address system;
- Memory-mapped file
For Android OS:
To indicate the inputs status and to control the output signals using any mobile device (smartphone or a tablet)
The module has Web interface that provides the remote control of the inputs status and the outputs manual control using any convenient browser (IE, Chrome).
AKTAKOM Net Configurator is designed to record and read the network settings data of AKTAKOM Universal Lab devices (supporting AULNet protocol). The application provides simple and convenient user interface to work with settings, they can be recorded into the file and read afterwards.
