Return/Exchange Authorization

Please fill out the REA form bellow. Upon completion you will be issued an REA number that you must indicate on the return label and reference in all future communications.

Notice: Shipping to and from Service Center by customer. Time of repair determined after diagnostics are made. Diagnostic time at least 5 business days after item received if parts required. Parts order time 30-45 days depending on manufacturer.

El tiempo del diagnóstico es al menos 5 días hábiles después de recibido el equipo si requiere de piezas de repuesto. El tiempo de pedido de piezas de repuesto es de 30-45 días, dependiendo del fabricante.
