AKTAKOM ASE-2101 is a desoldering station with temperature control that provides high stability of the preset temperature.
ASE-2101 is especially recommended for desoldering of multilayer printed circuits. ASE-2101 with the respectively selected tip effectively transmits the heat to the soldering area and therefore makes the flux melt at a comparatively low operating temperature. At the same time the melted flux is completely removed out of the smallest PCB holes. This happens due to the correct difference between pressure and pumping speed which does not allow the flux to cool down and get solid.
The desoldering iron of ASE-2101 is very light and the ergonomic construction of its handle covered with silicon rubber provides convenient operation.
AKTAKOM ASE-2101 desoldering station has a temperature control blocker that fixes the required temperature.
A sliding tray for sponge provides easy cleaning and moisture.
ASE-2101 desoldering station (analog of JF-88) is equipped with high-quality heating element that can be easily replaced. Working with Desoldering Station ASE-2101
First thing before you start working with the station you need to set the required temperature using the temperature controller knob.
Desoldering station AKTAKOM ASE-2101 is used for removing items, so we recommend the temperature to be set at 10%-15% higher than regular soldering and melting temperatures!
The set temperature is reached after the «Heater» indicator starts blinking. Pay attention! After the station is heated do not touch the soldering tips!
To remove melted solder from the board bring Soldering Tip to required area of the board and press the trigger button. The compressor will turn on.
If you are not satisfied with the rate of removal of melted solder you can check the compressor suction force. To do that you must first turn off the station and allow it to cool of the Soldering Tip! Next remove the collection capsule and breathy turn on the station. Press the trigger button to turn on the compressor. To check its effectiveness plug the suction hole with your finger.
To improve the suction rate of the compressor you can temporarily remove the air filter.
To return the collection capsule to its place make sure the word FRONT faces the tip of the station.

Probably you are using a desoldering gun in a wrong way
When you pull the trigger the vacuum compressor works to clean desoldering area; giving a natural compressor noise but if you do not pull the trigger the gun will hold the screen temperature as long as the power switch is on (the screen lights). Some station model comes with a the power saving scheme that allow temperature automatically decreases that prolongs service life of the heater and the tips
This is not a soldering gun; the trigger is use only to vacuum disordering materials to the filter pipe. The compressor produces a sound level of 87 dBA at work
