AKTAKOM APS-5305 is a low-cost model of switching power supply. This DC power supply is designed to supply radio equipment with stabilized voltage or current when operating in debugging process, repair and laboratory research.

APS-5305 power supply (analog of PS3005M) has one channel with smoothly adjustable output voltage at the range of 030V and current at 05A range. These adjustment ranges are more common for the supply of radio electronic circuits. The model has rotary switchers for coarse and fine adjustment which allow you to change output parameters with 100mV/10mA step. Setting accuracy of output voltage and current is rather high and equals 1% only.

AKTAKOM APS-5305 power supply is considerably light-weighted (3.5lb/1.5kg) and compact (3.3 x 6.3 x 8.1 in / 85 x 160 x 205 mm). This model wont occupy too much of working space and will help you to organize a high performance work area.

To display the information APS-5305 uses two-line (2-line) 3-digit LCD with backlight. There can be preset current and voltage values displayed simultaneously with the specified stabilization mode (voltage or current). One of the most interesting features is the availability of five segment graphical indicator of current in the right part of the LCD.

For overheat protection AKTAKOM APS-5305 DC switching power supply is equipped with a low-noise cooling fan on its rear panel.

  • May I use AKTAKOM power supplies to charge accumulators?

    AKTAKOM power supplies cant be used for accumulator charging since it may cause the accumulator breakage (recharge, electrolyte boiling, extra pressure of the internal gas which will lead to the accumulator explosion). Accumulators should be charged with the current source which controls the accumulator voltage and regulates the charging current accordingly. When the required accumulator voltage is achieved such type of source simply stops the charging process, its name is a charging device.
