MIECF 2014

Macao International Environmental Co-operation Forum & Exhibition (MIECF) is a premier event initiated by the Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region (Macao SAR), with a strategic aim to nurture environmental business, technology and information exchange between the Pan-Pearl River Delta Region in Southern China and the international markets. Since its inception in 2008, the event has gone from strength to strength. MIECF has earned increasing popularity amongst industry professionals and was recognized by the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI) as a “UFI Approved Event” since 2011.

2013MIECF enjoyed the support of the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the People’s Republic of China as the Special Supporting Organizations. MIECF is also co-organized by the provincial/regional governments of the 9+2 region of the Pan-Pearl River Delta, namely Fujian, Jiangxi, Hunan, Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan and Hong Kong. The strong support from these governments cements MIECF’s role as an important business and technology exchange platform for the move towards sustainable development in the region
